The Approach
01
Technically Specialist
A decade of technical expertise in mineral hazard assessment allows us to bridge the gap between complex regulation and operational compliance. We focus on high-level technical interpretation for environments where precision is non-negotiable.
02
Straight Answers
We provide clear technical positions to keep projects moving. By identifying regulatory hurdles early, we prevent the data gaps that cause delays in the lab or at the port.
03
Practical Science
Every assessment is a synthesis of material characterisation, regulatory criteria, and the identification of critical data gaps. We do not rely on assumptions; we generate the technical evidence required to ensure regulatory defensibility.

Project History
Port Authority — Bulk Handling Trial Approvals
The Project Determined the handling requirements for a bulk concentrate to facilitate a handling trial. Coordinated the requisite test work and prepared a comprehensive assessment report to provide the Port Authority with a definitive, data-backed characterisation of the cargo.
The Result The submission was successfully accepted by the Port Authority, resulting in the granting of permission to proceed with the bulk handling trial.
"Thanks Maria, you do amazing work."
— Logistics Manager, Australian Gold ProducerIMSBC Code — Inclusion of Non-Listed Cargo
The Project Developed the scientifically rigorous technical submission required for the urgent inclusion of a non-listed mineral cargo in the IMSBC Code. Navigated pressing export timelines by reconciling complex test data into a definitive framework capable of withstanding IMO scrutiny.
The Result Agreement reached by three Competent Authorities on a tentative schedule. The schedule was formally adopted into Appendix 1 of the IMSBC Code (Amendment 08-24), securing the export pathway and ensuring no delays to export operations.
"We asked, and you delivered! Thanks for a job well done. Your effort and dedication have put you at the top of our list of consultants we thoroughly enjoy partnering with."
